Why I Built This
I wanted to create something that helps people in challenging work situations pause, reflect, and act with intention instead of merely reacting. This reflection guide combines research-backed frameworks with modern technology to offer structured guidance when it’s needed most.
This project reflects what I value in engineering: sharing tools that help others think, navigate difficult situations, and make better decisions: Reflacto is my contribution to that spirit.
